Happy 8th Birthday Kaden!
I can't believe he's so old already! We're only allowed to call him a little man now!
We let him pick it out!
He had outgrown his old bike & when we take family bike rides, he would have to pedal twice as hard to try and keep up. Now it should be a lot easier!
Normally, we walk to school when it's nice out, but being Kaden's birthday he really wanted to ride his bike to school.

This year, we let Kaden pick out his own presents. But then he forgot what he picked out, so it was still a surprise when he opened it! Batman walkie talkies from Grandma & Grandpa.

Not long after Carter arrived, Kaden wanted to go inside. I asked him to go change and this is how he looked when he came out again. He apparently didn't change out of his wet underwear. :) Looks a little like he wet his pants, but he didn't care.
For Kaden's birthday dinner, he requested steak & watermelon!

Earlier in the week, when we were setting up a play date for Kaden & Carter to get together, Kaden said, "I sure hope I can see him on my Birthday! That would be awesome!"

Birthday Measurements: Kaden is 50.875 inches tall and now weighs 56 lbs.
He's grown 1 and 3/4 inches this past year!
