March 25, 2012 - My husband has been in Utah working since the beginning of March, so Mom and I decided, very last minute, to drive down to Utah for Spring Break and surprise him. A few hours after we decided, we were all packed and ready to go. Traveling with 3 young boys, we made the drive in 2 days. Joshua had been on a temporary business trip to Georgia and would be flying in on Monday night. When we were almost to Utah, I called Josh's friend Ivan's wife, Elise and let her in on our plans. After we arrived at Ivan & Elise's the boys and I waited in Josh's dark room to surprise him as soon as he walked in the door. ---May I just say, he was absolutely shocked! He had no idea and he almost cried from excitement!
The boys enjoying the huge tree in their yard.
Ivan & Elise have 3 boys as well, so you can imagine with 6 boys running around things got pretty loud & crazy. But they had a great time!

March 30, 2012 - We drove out to Saratoga Springs and met up with Josh's friend Cody and kids to play at Neptune Park.
This play structure is called the Neptune XXL, it stands 30 feet high, the tallest of its kind in the western hemisphere. It's pretty awesome. Kaden would love it, but we'll have to take him the next time we are out that way. (Kaden's biological mom, Shanon and step-father, Dane drove up and picked Kaden up for the night, so he wasn't able to be at the park with us.)
Josh and Cody at the top of Neptune, proving that even adults can have fun at this park!
Even Versii and Paxton got into the climbing.
March 31, 2012 - We met up with Shanon, Dane & Kaden at Planet Play. And the boys had so much fun! With a coupon we had found online, we played, ate lunch and dinner there for $10 per person. Now that's a great deal, I think.
Driving the race cars.
We had a fabulous spring break adventure!
I got to see my husband, the boys got to see their Daddy and we were able to visit Great Grandma too! And a special Thank you to Ivan & Elise who welcomed us into their home on such short notice!
