Josh had originally planned a whole trip, we were going to go to Crater Lake, South Tahoe, Yosemite, Arizona and Utah. He even made and itinerary and booked RV sites along the way. A few days after the trip was planned, we got calls that Ray's Celebration of Life was planned in Dolores, Colorado and then a few weeks later Josh's friend Cody would be getting married! Ray's event fell right in the middle of our planned trip and Cody's just after. So we knew that we could not do both. We abandoned the entire trip and re-worked our plans around both events.
June 22nd, 2021: Driving to Idaho. We broke the drive into smaller segments, as I don't do so well sitting in the car for long periods now. Kaden followed along in his own car, so he could continue on to his Mom's in Colorado, so Versii rode with him. This allowed Paxton and Tux to have the entire backseat to themselves. We hit a really bad storm toward the end of our drive into Idaho, thunder, lighting, rain and zero visibility. When we arrived at the campground, we found that the power was out. So I was glad I had packed a caesar salad.

June 23, 2021: Driving to Grandma's house in Murray.
These two guys have so much fun together.
We chatted and laughed until dark.
It was fun to stay the night at Grandma's on our way to Colorado.
