Shopping with Abi

August 6, 2021: While the boys were at High Adventure Abi and I had planned to do some shopping.  But with Paxton being hurt and stuck at home to rest, and not being able to do almost anything, we couldn't leave him alone.  We got a kid from our ward, also named Paxton, to come hang out with our Pax so we could go out and have some girl time.
Abi wanted to check out the Good Will Outlet aka "the bins" that I am always talking about, so we drove out to Milwaukie to shop the bins.

We actually came away from the bins with a whole cart full of clothes and after washing them all, Abi ended up with an entire box full of fun clothes that she was really excited about!

After the bins, we went to Red Robin for lunch and Abi got a malted Oreo shake that she said was the best shake ever!  It was funny how excited she got over a shake!
Then we went to Ross.  She wanted to buy school clothes.  The above pictured cart is only a third of what she tried on haha!  But she found some things she loved!
August 7: We just stayed home and watched movies with Paxton.  I introduced Abi to some of my favorite 80's movies: Big Business with Bette Midler and Overboard with Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn.  She loved them both!  But apparently those are the only good ones, according to Abi.  We tried watching the Princess Bride too, but she wasn't a fan.
August 8: Josh took Abi for a ride in his 1939 Chevy truck.
Later in the day, Abi packed up and Josh drove her up to Seattle for her flight back home.  I think Josh took some pictures, but I can't find them right now.  I'll add them in when I get them.
It was so much fun to have Abi come visit!
