Cabo: Lovers Beach, the Office and traveling Home

March 10, 2022
We took a glass bottomed boat to Lover’s beach with Andrew and Katie, which interestingly enough is connected to Divorce beach. One side is calm & safe to swim while the other has jagged rocks & formidable waves. Josh found me a heart shaped shell on lover's beach, so we felt pretty lucky in love!

Then we enjoyed a nice lunch at "The Office".

We played bingo in the evening by the pool and I was so close to a win, but someone else beat me to it!

Dinner at an italian restaurant on the pier.
March 11th: Enjoyed the sun rising in Cabo and a gorgeous sunset from the skies on our flight back home. We had such a great trip together! So many fun memories!

At the airport ready to fly home.
L to R: Andrew, Katie, Joy, Josh, Lacy and Matt
We found this super fun giant container of travel sized Tic Tac's and I had to bring it home to the boys.

Cabo: Todos Santos and Los Barriles

March 9, 2022:
Our friend Jennifer suggested we go visit one of her favorite little towns, Todos Santos, so Josh and I rented a car to go explore.  Such a charming little town!

"A veces te quiero siempre"
Sometimes I love you always!
I thought it was such a great saying, I made Josh pose by it.

Hotel Todos Santos.  I love all the detail and charming atmosphere.

We came across Caffe Todos Santos and decided to have lunch there.
It was absolutely lovely and the best food of our entire trip!

Josh ordered Ensalada caprese and it was so fresh tasting and delicious!

I ordered enchiladas racheras and it was just amazing!

Josh also ordered a BLT with potato salad.
We had no idea the portions would be so big when he ordered the salad and sandwich haha!
But everything was just so good, we could hardly stop eating, even when we were full!

I just couldn't get enough of the aloe in bloom.  Beautiful!

Hotel California is in Todos Santos.
We could only walk through the lobby and gift shop, because the hotel was closed for renovations.

We refer to this as the "prison bathroom".
We asked to use the restroom while we were strolling through a strip of shops, and we were directed here.  No toilet seat, no tank cover and when you tried to turn on the sink, no water came out of the faucet, only splatters from a leak in the pipe below.

After we left Todos Santos, we drove over to Los Barriles to see Josh's friend Jenn, who he went to high school with and now lives in Mexico.
Meeting Jenn's adorable baby Nora.
Then we all went to dinner on the beach.
