December 2021 Highlights

December 4th, 2021:
A late celebration of Josh's birthday at our friends Jana and Jason's.  Jason (pictured on the right) spent all day making brisket for Josh.  It was delicious!  And we spent the evening laughing, talking, and listening to Josh play music.
Dec 5th, the boys taking a break from decorating for Christmas, to decorate Kaden.

Dec 10th: Tux loves to jump up into my lap when I'm working.
My new leggings and hoodie from Saavi.
Dec 11th: Our ward Christmas Party.  They asked different families in the ward to decorate a table to share a Christmas tradition.  It was fun to see the different displays.
Versii eating with his friends.

After the party, Sister Carroll offered the little paper buildings in the village she displayed for people to take home.  So I came home with these cute little houses and church lit with battery operated tea lights.
Versii's CRISPR project all about the possibility of using genetic science to create super soldiers.
Above are the poster boards he made to display on his table and the piece he wrote was designed to look like a newspaper article.

December 15th: Tux looking so handsome in his new red plaid collar.
Versii has been working on this house model based off the plans he and Josh designed for the back lot. This is his model made of foam board.  He decided to incorporate it into his Spanish project, only he didn't have a chance to completely finish it before the due date.  So it's missing some walls, but it turned out so great!  Plus the different floors come apart, so you can see inside.

December 18th: Julie and Brielle flew in to visit over Christmas.  Michael joined them a few days later.
Brielle thought it was so fun to play the drums.
