March 8, 2022:
Josh woke up early and met up with his business partners Andrew and Matt for a day of fishing on the Sea of Cortez.
They caught marlins and sierra fish. The marlins are catch and release, but they caught a bunch of sierra fish they got to keep.
We went to a restaurant overlooking the beach, where they cooked up the sierra fish that the guys caught. They fried some, grilled some and blackened some. It was a fun evening feasting on fish, talking and laughing.
