End of April/Beginning of May 2021

April 23rd, 2021: Taking Kaden to the doctor to check out his wrist.  His right wrist has been giving him problems for some time now and he claimed that a few weeks back after riding his bike, it started hurting again.  And now it seems that when Kaden does any kind of activity with his wrist, the pain comes back.  While he was axe throwing in Florida, his wrist starting bothering him again, so we decided to make an appointment to see the doctor when we got home.  They did an X-ray, but there were no fractures, so we have been referred to an Orthopedist.  Hopefully we'll find some answers when we can see the doctor in June.
April 29: Sweet little Tux decided the leather coasters are better for chewing than for drinks.
Versii carrying Khaleesi.
April 30th: I absolutely love when the flowers start blooming in my garden!
So beautiful are God's creations!

May 4, 2021: In honor of "May the Fourth be with You" Paxton wanted to make "Porg" chops for dinner.  He made these almost entirely by himself, with minimal help.
Paxton deemed this Porg chop to be the most perfect, so he said he would be eating that one haha!

Spring cleaning: We borrowed our neighbors pressure washer to clean the concrete!

I feel like the before and after pictures don't do it justice.  But the in-progress picture makes it very easy to see just how dirty the concrete had become.  Pressure washing is crazy amazing!

Last Day in Florida!

April 22nd, 2021: Our last day in Florida.
We had to be packed and checked out of the resort at 10am, so we decided to drive over to see the Orlando Temple.  The ground are closed to the public due to Covid, so we weren't able to walk around, but the security guard told us to check out Blue Springs State Park, an hour drive up North.

The lighter wispy stuff hanging from the tree branches is called Spanish Moss.  We thought it was so pretty.
Blue Springs State Park was gorgeous!  Definitely a good tip to check out.
Apparently in the winter months the park closes for swimming, because the manatees swim into the canal to where the water is warmer.  We heard some of the park rangers mention that they had seen a few manatees swim through earlier in the day, but we did not see one manatee or any alligators while we were there.  One of the most beautiful parks I've seen.  It was such a great way to enjoy our last hours in Florida.

The water was so clear, you could see right to the bottom.
