Columbia Gorge Tour

 June 30, 2016
The first stop on our Columbia Gorge tour:
Multnomah Falls
Mom and Aunt Gail waited in the car while we hiked up to the bridge and took a few photos.

Along the way, Versii found a snail friend.

...And of course, we had to buy this huge chocolate chip cookie and some fudge while we were there.
Stop No. 2: Columbia Gorge Sternwheeler

We went up to the Captain's control room and the boys took turns sitting in the Captain's chair.

Watching the tugboat push this huge badge downriver.

Our 3rd and final stop: Bonneville Fish Hatchery
 Rainbow Trout

 Feeding the trout.
Lizzy sure does love taking pictures...especially of the beautiful flowers.

 Watching the white sturgeon.

This is Herman, the older and largest sturgeon, measuring over 10 foot long and 70 years old.

Paxton kept saying, "Here fishes!  Free food, come and get it!"

Watching the baby rainbow trout, called fry.

Lizzy's special pinecone.
