Texas: Family Time in Athens

August 14: We flew into San Antonio, Texas to visit family.
*****
The day we flew into Texas, we found out that Ray LeBlanc had passed away that morning.
Ray was like a father to Josh and he lived with them for a time when he was a teenager.
He had Leukemia, but they said that he did test positive for Covid while in the hospital.
It was hard on Josh to loose someone he looked up to so much, but we're very grateful that Ray and Darlene were able to come visit us in September of 2019.  We have great memories with Ray.

August 15: We drove down with Mimi and Papa to Uncle Jake and Aunt Heather's house in Athens, Texas.  You can always find Paxton loving on any animal he finds...especially puppies.
All of Josh's siblings, with the exception of his sister Amanda, and brother Jordan, came to Athens to spend time together.

Our boys playing tetherball with their cousins.
Texas is hot!  So hanging out in the shade with a mister on is a must.

The boys with Uncle Josie.
Almost all of Mimi and Papa's grandkids (Only missing Jamie and Jordan's son Kam)
L to R: Logan, Versii, Arieanna, Abigail, Kaden, Aubry holding Damian, Jarrett, Wyatt, Paxton, Aolonie and McKenzie.

The kids love Kaden!
The boys got to do some shooting.  Paxton loved it!
